General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

•    Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets guided by the company and drive business growth.

•    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase sales and profitability.

•    Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

•    Monitor team performance and motivate team members to exceed sales targets guided from the company.

•    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies and maximize business opportunities.

•    Continuously follow up CRM-activity and make sure Microsoft Dynamics is always updated.

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

•    Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members. 
团队领导和管理:招募、培训和指导销售团队成员。
•    Set clear team goals and KPIs guided by the company, delegate tasks, and set deadlines. 
在公司指导下设定明确的团队目标和关键绩效指标,委派任务并设定目标完成日期。
•    Oversee the day-to-day operation of the sales team.
日常管理销售团队的运作。
•    Sales Strategy Development: Develop strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the team is achieving its sales goals and overall targets. 
销售策略制定:制定战略销售计划,扩大客户群并确保团队实现其销售目标和总体目标。
•    Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.
分析销售统计数据以确定需要改进的领域并优化绩效。
•    Performance Monitoring: Track sales team metrics and report data to the management on a regular basis. 
团队绩效监控:跟踪销售团队指标并定期向管理层汇报业绩完成情况以及提高业绩的行动计划。
•    Implement performance plans to address performance issues and ensure target achievement. 
实施团队绩效计划,解决团队绩效上的问题并确保实现绩效目标。
•    Customer Relationship Management: Maintain contact with key clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

•    Negotiate agreements and contracts with customers to maximize profit in alignment with key product stakeholders.

•    Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards and enhance team performance.

•    Promote a culture of growth, learning, and accountability.

•    Budget Management: Prepare and control the budget for the sales department in alignment with guided company overall sales growth targets.

•    Ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and targets are met within budget constraints.

•    Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive a cohesive company strategy, ensuring sales strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

•    Other tasks assigned by line manager.
