- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of various business models, including the key control points within different workflows for both systematic information flow and physical handling processes.

- Thoroughly understand and adhere to company policies, business rules, data quality standards, and financial data objectives to ensure full compliance with Group and Company requirements.

- Understand and apply the company's policies and standards regarding operational Milestones to ensure their completion quality and metrics align with Group and Company expectations.

Operational Systems Support & Maintenance.
操作系统的运维与支持。
- Act as the Super User for the operational systems, serving as the primary point of contact for system-related matters locally.
担任操作系统超级用户角色,作为与系统相关事项的本地联络人。
- Provide first-line support for the operational systems, including user training, incident management, troubleshooting, and handling service requests in a timely manner

- Create, update, and distribute TMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), usage tips, and Work Instructions (WIs) to enhance user competency and system efficiency.

- Manage operational system user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring appropriate security access controls are in place and maintained

- Participate in and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new TMS functionalities, patches, or upgrades, documenting test results and providing feedback.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within operational workflows.

- Assist in the implementation of approved process changes and monitor their effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect, compile, and analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and generate various regular and ad-hoc management reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
