Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Global Ocean Chartering Desk team, you will supervise and monitor vessel operations worldwide, ensuring timely reporting, feedback, and communication to relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage any challenges, delays, or damages that arise during vessel operations.
• Provide proactive solutions to operational issues and handle ad hoc tasks related to vessel operation.
• Manage the execution of contracts, primarily Charter Parties and Booking Notes, ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
• Handle cost control processes and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Support both internal DSV customers and external clients through project management of transport, particularly for over-dimensional cargo.

Core Competencies & Experience:
We are seeking candidates with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and responsibilities. Ideally, you will bring:

• Experience in transport management, specifically with MPP/HL/project cargo vessels.
• Experience in project management, particularly for the transportation of over-dimensional cargo.
• Understanding of the most commonly used charterer parties in the MPP space: CONLINE BOOKING NOTE, GENCON, NYPE, BALTIME and the usual terms related to these contracts.
• Strong numerical skills, with experience in account reporting.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize DSV reporting systems.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a multicultural setting.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
