General Responsibilities 主要工作职责To provide excellent, efficient and high-quality service to customer at all times始终为客户提供卓越、高效、优质的服务Responsible for daily business learning and follow-up to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedures负责日常业务学习并跟进业务，确保遵守区域指导方针以及公司政策和程序Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责Check and verify documents to ensure full compliance with internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)检查和验证文件，以确保完全符合内部标准和客户要求（SOP）Coordinate with overseas agents and carriers to confirm shipment details and flight/vessel schedules与海外代理商和承运商协调，确认装运细节和航班/船舶时间表Communicate proactively with customers to provide shipment status and resolve operational issues主动与客户沟通，提供装运状态并解决运营问题Monitor cargo arrival and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams监控货物到达情况，确保及时向客户和内部团队提供最新信息Arrange customs clearance by coordinating and submitting required documentation, if needed如有需要，协调并提交所需文件，安排清关Schedule final delivery and coordinate with trucking partners to meet customer timelines, if needed如果需要，安排最终交付，并与卡车合作伙伴协调，以满足客户的时间表Maintain organized records of shipments, clearance documents, and delivery confirmations, document the data/milestone in operation system维护有序的装运记录、清关文件和交货确认书，在操作系统中记录数据/里程碑Communicate proactively with customers to provide shipment status and resolve operational issues主动与客户沟通，提供装运状态并解决运营问题Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service quality与内部部门合作，简化流程，提高服务质量Take up additional tasks as assigned, back up for other team members when necessary完成上级指派的其他任务， 必要时为团队成员提供工作备份支持
