General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

Overall responsible for daily air export and import operation. 

全面负责空运进出口的日常操作。 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

Routing task for Air export 

Receive booking from shipper,get booking instruction from overseas or sales.从发货人处取得托书，向国外同事或销售确认出货指示。 

Clarify the space with SHA geteway/airline and reserve the allocation.同上海舱位管理部门或航空公司确认仓位。 

Book space to booking agent. 向订舱代理订舱。 

Arrange cargo pickup,customs declaration according to request SOP 根据操作要求安排提货，报关。 

Check and issue hawb/l, send ENS/AMS. 确认签发空运分单，发送ENS/AMS. 

Input cost in system and issue invoice to local client and overseas. 在系统录入成本，向客人和国外分公司开具发票。 

According to SOP, upload docs to system timely. 根据操作要求，及时在系统上传文件。 

Send pre-alert to overseas. 发送预报给国外。 

Routing task for air import 

Receive pre-alert from overseas, make sure all docs are complete and correct. 接收国外预报,确认所有文件齐全并正确。 

Send arrival notice to consignee and prepare docs for import clearance according to SOP. 发到货通知给收货人，根据操作要求准备清关文件。 

Check with airline/broker for actual arrival date,coordinate for clearance issue,arrange trucking to deliver cargo if necessary after clearance. 向航空公司/代理确认实际到货时间，协调清关问题，如有需要，清关后安排车辆送货。 

Input cost and issue invoice in system. 在系统中录入成本，开具发票。 

General task 

Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system. 确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。 

Send Tax invoice to client for payment,and ensure finnacial policy is abided by strictly. 寄发票给客户付款，并且严格遵守公司的财务政策。 

Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date. 确保按时把文件提交给主管安排关账。 

Other tasks assigned by manager. 

完成其他由经理分配的任务。
