Be a good team leader by supporting the team with own experience gained through the years

Develop project activities and campaigns locally and global wise with overseas colleagues 

通过本地以及全球视角和国外同事一道开发更多项目业务 

Project Training: Improve personal capability through training as well as guide other staff in the project team 

项目培训：通过培训提升个人能力并指导项目团队各个成员 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

In charge of Company Project Key Account business maintenance and development.   

负责公司项目主要客户的业务维护以及开发。 

As contact window responsible for overseas nominated project bidding, provide related solution & Price. 

作为联络窗口负责国外指定项目投标，提供相关的方案以及价格。 

Support China local project sales manager for project bidding, Provide related solution and Price.  

支持国内项目销售经理的项目投标，提供相关方案以及价格。 

Support oversea and local sale manager for the coming project SOP/Workflow accomplish.  

支持国外和本地销售经理为即将执行的项目制定项目标准操作程序以及工作流程图。 

As project manager, assign project Operation to designated project and clarify monitoring / reporting requirements. 

作为项目经理，分配项目操作到各个项目并明晰监督/汇报要求。 

Responsible for the Risk Management Control of the Main project. 

负责主要项目的风险管理控制。 

Responsible for project training（EHS, Project solution, Risk management etc..）  to project specialist and Project operation to increase personnel ability  

负责项目培训（包括QHES，项目方案，风险管理等）给项目专员以及项目操作以达到提升他们的个人能力 

Work with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met. 

和船东/供应商联络窗口保持沟通以保证客户的要求得以实现。 

Be able to address the concerns involving cost, quality, logistics and delivery. 

可以指出关于项目成本，质量，运输物流上的关键点。 

Support the Regional team on the implementation and localization of key regional initiatives and programs 

支持区域团队在区域项目上的程序执行 

Support preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents 

支持和准备市场部/销售部的投标文件 

Regular review project progress and coordinate for cross team matters to enhance team cooperation 

定期检查项目进程并协调团队间问题以提升团队合作 

Responsible  for develop & secure potential Project Management Company’s business 

负责开拓并取得项目管理公司项目业务 

Be responsible for other jobs assigned by Senior project manager and senior Manager 

负责高级项目经理和高级经理分配的其他工作
