General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

•Responsible for managing the end-to-end chartering activities for project cargo and Breakbulk shipments, ensuring cost-effective, safe, and timely ocean transport solutions
负责管理项目货物及大宗件杂货物的端到端租船业务，确保提供高性价比、安全且及时的海运解决方案

•Requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the chartering market, vessel types, and project logistics operations.
要求具备出色的商业洞察力、谈判能力，以及对租船市场、船舶类型和项目物流运作的深入了解。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Chartering Strategy & Execution租船策略与执行:            
•Develop and implement chartering strategies for project cargo and bulk shipments
制定并实施项目货物及大宗货物的租船策略            
•Source, negotiate, and secure vessel fixtures (time charter, voyage charter, COA) globally and manage contract performance with global Breakbulk carriers (including general cargo and heavy equipment)
在全球范围内寻找、谈判并敲定船舶租船合同（期租、程租、包运合同），并管理与全球散杂货承运人（包括大件杂货、重大件设备等）的合同履约情况        
•Manage the full chartering cycle: inquiry, offer, negotiation, fixture, post-fixture, and documentation.
管理完整的租船周期：询价、报价、谈判、成交、租后管理及文件处理

Market & Risk Management市场与风险管理:            
•Monitor global shipping markets, freight trends, and vessel availability 
紧密关注全球航运市场、运费趋势及船舶可得性        
•Analyze market data to optimize chartering decisions and mitigate risks    
分析市场数据，优化租船决策并降低风险        
•Maintain relationships with shipowners, operators, and brokers
维护与船东、运营方及经纪人的合作关系

Operations & Compliance运营与合规: 
•Coordinate with operations, documentation, and port teams to ensure smooth vessel execution
与运营、单证及港口团队协调，确保船舶顺利运营
•Ensure compliance with charter party terms, international regulations (IMO, SOLAS), and company policies. Handle claims, disputes, and demurrage management proactively
确保遵守租船合同条款、国际法规（国际海事组织、国际海上人命安全公约）及公司政策。主动处理索赔、纠纷及滞期费相关事宜
•As contact window responsible for overseas nominated project bidding, provide related solution & Price.
作为联络窗口负责国外指定项目投标，提供相关的方案以及价格
•Support China local project sales manager for project bidding, Provide related solution and Price, especially on BBK Shipments/marine chartering
支持国内项目销售经理的项目投标，提供相关方案以及价格, 尤其在散杂货租船价格和方案
•Support oversea and local sale manager for the coming project SOP/Workflow accomplish. 
支持国外和本地销售经理为即将执行的项目制定项目标准操作程序以及工作流程图
•Support project operation team on the operation of BBK/RORO shipments, coordination with carriers on special cases.
支持项目操作团队操作散杂货/滚装设备货物海运事宜，协调船东应对突发事件
•Work with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met.
和船东/供应商联络窗口保持沟通以保证客户的要求得以实现
•Support preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents chartering related
支持和准备市场部/销售部租船相关投标文件

Cost Control & Reporting成本控制与报告: 
•Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and optimal vessel utilization. 
通过有效谈判及优化船舶利用率实现成本节约
•Prepare and present chartering reports, performance metrics, and budget updates to management. Maintain accurate records in the chartering system. 
编制并向管理层提交租船报告、绩效指标及预算更新。在租船系统中维护准确记录

Stakeholder Collaboration利益相关方协作: 
•Work closely with sales, procurement, and project management teams to support client requirements
与销售、采购及项目管理团队紧密合作，支持客户需求
•Provide technical advice on vessel suitability, stowage, and sea transport feasibility for project cargo. 
为项目货物提供船舶适用性、积载及海运可行性的技术建议
•Responsible  for develop & secure potential Project Management Company’s business
负责开拓并取得项目管理公司项目业务
•Be responsible for other jobs assigned by the superior
