Sales Assistant

General Description

• Responsible for sales support, including:

• • Handling customer inquiries & complaints
  • RFQ / Tender Management
  • SOP setup

Specific Accountabilities

• Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary
• Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need.
• Provide service information to customers
• As the back up to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / tradelane manager (leave /business trip / sick)
• Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed

Skills Required

• Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

Experience and Qualifications

• University graduated or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which at least 1 year experience in Sales Administration/Key Account
