Be part of a global team driving cross-functional integration excellence
At our global team, you will join the business implementation team responsible for onboarding and optimising EDI and API integrations for global accounts. The team collaborates closely with Sales, IT and Operations to convert complex needs into streamlined, scalable services.

 

You drive business integration across functions and technologies
You will act as the key link between global accounts and DSV’s internal teams in Sales, IT and Operation as you manage the end-to-end business implementation process – from initial client engagement and requirement definition to user testing and go-live support.

 

In addition, you will drive strategic service improvements by analysing EDI+ and special setups, converting them to standard where possible. And as you collaborate with 3rd-party integrators and A&S Global Sales to enhance services for our largest accounts, you promote API-first thinking.

 

Your role blends project management, stakeholder alignment, service standardisation and cross-functional coordination – all with a strong focus on digital integration. This means that you will:

  • Manage business onboarding for global accounts in close collaboration with Sales and “ONE IT”, acting as the responsible lead towards the client
  • Sign off the Business Requirement Document and align high-level and detailed plans with Operations, Customer Integration Office, Customer Delivery Managers and EI
  • Ensure that UAT scenarios are created and executed, and that local stakeholders are aligned, committed and deliver according to the plan
  • Act as the first point of contact for Operations after business go-live – handling troubleshooting, advising and follow-up
  • Educate sales staff to sell API over EDI and take input from customers to improve our API product

 

You master business onboarding and service standardisation
You thrive in roles where you connect client needs with business processes and digital services. As you translate requirements, you are confident in managing integrations, and driving adoptions of standardised, scalable solutions across multiple stakeholders.

 

We furthermore imagine that you:

  • Have experience working with EDI and API services and understand the difference in business value between them
  • Are confident signing off business requirements, planning integration steps and aligning stakeholders globally
  • Can analyse special setups and identify opportunities for standardisation to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Are motivated by working with strategic global accounts and coordinating across teams, functions and borders
