As a Business Support Assistant, you will work at the intersection of data analysis, controlling and process optimisation – and your contribution will help streamline processes and deliver measurable value for both the organisation and our customers.

Shaping Transparency and Performance in International Trade
Working from Hedehusene, you will be part of DSV’s network that connects supply chains and helps businesses navigate complex markets. Every day, our teams create the transparency and efficiency that make international trade possible.

As part of the Aid & Relief and extended Industrial Projects team, you will contribute directly to financial accuracy and process improvement. Your work creates visibility that enables complex logistics to stay on track and deliver measurable value to customers worldwide.

You Support the Flow of Cargo Across Global Markets
As Business Support Assistant, your core task is to turn financial data into actionable insights that strengthen DSV’s global operations. You ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, perform EDI checks to secure data quality, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

By doing so, you provide a solid foundation for decision-making and support the efficiency of large-scale international logistics and supply chain management.

More specifically, you will:

• analyse data in PowerBI and Cargowise One and generate statistics and trends
• contribute to KPI tracking and escalate EDI errors and financial challenges when needed
• proactive oversight of EDI tracking and ensure high data accuracy in reporting
• enhance financial control and visibility across complex logistics
• support QBR preparation by improving reporting quality

You Combine an Analytical Mindset with a Global Outlook
With your structured approach and problem-solving skills, you ensure efficient processes and clear financial reporting. You are motivated by working in an international environment where data and processes drive performance. You have experience in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.

In addition, we imagine that you:

• bring experience from logistics, operational excellence or financial controlling
• have hands-on experience with EDI; KPI tracking, invoicing workflows, data analysis and reporting
• work confidently with Excel, PowerBI and preferably Cargowise One
• can document and improve processes, including SOP/IOP development, across teams
