Technology continues to advance at a rapid pace and disrupt many industries. For that reason, DSV has embarked on an exciting journey of modernizing and digitizing our business operations and building digital client propositions to stay competitive in the digital age.

You will join the team, currently consisting of a growing team currently consist of 4 dedicated colleagues working in Denmark with all aspects of supporting transformation across our Enterprise Transformation department.

Implement digital strategies across Global IT
As our new Business Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Business Operations Excellence (BoE) team and the leadership team to develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will work across the department – and at times, across Global IT – on optimization and various projects.

With a good balance between recurring reporting tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your role will include:

M&A Integration

  • Support Integration Track Lead with various reports and data analysis.
  • Support application consolidation, onboarding activities, and integration reporting.
  • Document M&A processes and frameworks for future M&A readiness.


Business Relationship Management

  • Support the Operations Manager and Business Relationship Manager with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure alignment between business expectations and IT/service outcomes.
  • Facilitate lifecycle management from inbound to retirement of an application/service.
  • License and cloud cost control of our portfolio together with our Finance Business Partner.


Strategic Communication & Change Management

  • Support department onboarding and change initiatives
  • Develop communication toolkits, templates, and presentations for leadership.
  • Help drive cultural and behavioural adoption of new ways of working.


Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and document opportunities for process optimization across the Enterprise Transformation department.
  • Develop and maintain process maps and best-practice documentation.
  • Support automation initiatives (e.g., reporting, workflows, dashboards).


Ad Hoc Support

  • Assist the BoE Manager and the department with a ad hoc tasks and support of new projects work.

You are a multiskilled professional who can respond to diverse stakeholder requests, acting as both a supportive order taker and a trusted advisor providing strategic guidance.

You have an outgoing personality, enjoy connecting with others to share ideas, and not be afraid to push for what you believe.

At the same time, you understand that new ideas must be supported by solid evidence.

As such, you are devoted and happy to work with certain repetitive aspects of business partnering, including making presentations and working on business analysis on a regular basis.

You are flexible and thrive in an environment prone to frequent change, knowing that these bring new opportunities to learn, grow and shine. With an organised mindset combined with your drive to execute, you always deliver high-quality digital materials on time.


Your Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in a larger IT organisation and demonstrated familiarity with project management, business partnering, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or similar.
  • Experience with budgets and financial controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and possibly Power BI for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of IT process optimization and familiar with IT service delivery and the software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
