Who are we?
We are a global team within Enterprise Integrations in Global IT, working across borders to drive impactful change. The Business Engagement & RPA team in Enterprise Integrations focuses on process optimization, creating transparency, cross-functional collaboration and alignment to support business transformation.

What will you do?

  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and materials for internal and cross-functional leadership meetings
  • Track and reconcile monthly budgets, support annual budget planning, and ensure financial transparency
  • Coordinate smaller initiatives outside the PMO, acting as a mini project manager to align scope, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Structure weekly reports, create meeting agendas, and follow up on action items for senior BRMs
  • Maintain and optimize the team’s shared repository of templates, presentations, and process documents


As the backbone of our team, you will track the annual planning cycle, support recurring tasks, and coordinate initiatives across multiple stakeholders - ensuring key deliverables are delivered on time, with clarity and quality.

We imagine that you

  • Have a solid understanding of IT contexts - including infrastructure, applications, development processes and high-level architectural drawings - without needing to be a technical expert
  • Are comfortable with budget management, including tracking budgets versus actuals, and can support financial planning confidently
  • Are highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and fluent in English
  • Are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by working at the intersection of IT and business
  • Bring a structured mindset, balancing attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
