Job Req Number: 117142
Time Type: Full Time
Would you like to join the world’s largest transport and logistics company at an exciting time when merging with Schenker allows us to create new synergies across global compliance and quality certifications?
Our team in Group Sustainability and Compliance is committed to enabling our global operations to deliver operational excellence that meets regulatory, industry, and customer requirements. We create frameworks and services that deliver transparency and create simplicity in complex requirements that are fit and optimized for our business. Your role is critical to enable our team to achieve just that.
Join our international team with global reach
Stepping into our Group Sustainability & Compliance department, which comprises over 65 specialists with multiple nationalities, 50% located in Hedehusene and 50 % located in other parts of the world. You will be part of our Group HSE & ISO Compliance team, where 5 colleagues drive DSV multi site certificates for QHSE Compliance and ensure a consistent and robust approach, and manage QHSE audit management across 90 countries.
Coordinate tasks across multiple functions
We have more than 1000 certified locations across our operations and new certifications to be onboarded as multisite services. So, we need a highly structured and dedicated colleague to coordinate tasks across multiple functions and act as a central link to support the progress of HSE and ISO compliance activities, as well as internal processes. You will keep an overview of strategic priorities and follow up on key deliverables and timely reporting. In addition, you will monitor ongoing improvement projects and maintain structured, accurate internal document management to support compliance and operational efficiency.
You will have a central role in maintaining our internal HSE & ISO Compliance SharePoint page to ensure our operating model, instructions, and training material are available to all stakeholders operating various global certificates.
Your tasks will be linked to various areas and topics and assignments throughout the day, as you:
- Coordinate across the department and follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
- Maintain our SharePoint site and documentation in Teams.
- Carry out invoice control and administrative follow-up.
- Prepare and refine training materials, guides, and internal communications and newsletters.
- Support structure and progress in Opt in activities to various certifications.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks where there may not always be a fixed structure.
Strong administrative background as a coordinator
What truly matters is that you bring a structured and resilient approach, naturally taking on the role of the person who keeps processes running smoothly. You thrive in handling a wide variety of tasks, creating simplicity and structure, and approaching work with a project oriented mindset. Also, you contribute actively to the team, maintaining an overview of deliverables while also stepping in hands on when needed. In a dynamic environment, you navigate confidently between stakeholders and shifting priorities, continuously moving tasks forward to see progress – because you want to contribute to a workday with high pace, high fives, and laughs where we support each other to reach our deadlines and meet our targets.
Finally, we imagine that you:
- Have a strong administrative background as a coordinator, ideally within global certifications.
- Have solid experience with coordination, structure, and follow-up.
- Possess knowledge about Global certifications like ISO standards. Experience within HSE or ISO compliance is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Are comfortable with SharePoint and the entire Office package.
- Have a strong command of English, both speaking and writing.
