About the role: Lead the Change and Shape How We Operate Tomorrow

The Global Branch Services organisation consists of more than 60 talented and committed colleagues spread across the globe. Heading up the area, you will be ultimately responsible for our Branch Network and Voice Operations & Engineering.

Together with your leadership team, you will:

• Drive continuous development of the area and its people to ensure a fit-for-purpose and fit-for-future organisation.
• Ensure stable operations and delivery on key strategic projects within time and scope.
• Support the strategy for the Global Network Services area.
• Automate, optimise, and modernise the area to enable the digital strategy for DSV.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the Global IT organisation and ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.

Additionally, as part of the Global Network Services (GNS) leadership team, you will contribute to the development of the GNS organisation by ensuring operational excellence and working on strategic projects within Global IT.

About you: Experience Leading Larger Network Functions in a Global Setup

We are looking for an experienced leader with an enterprise understanding, a strong strategic mindset, and experience leading larger network functions in a global setup. You know how to set direction while empowering your teams to take ownership — and you bring others with you when driving change. You apply your solid stakeholder management skills with ease.

Finally, we imagine that you:

• Have proven experience with driving transformations
• Have a strong understanding of and interest in how digitisation and automation can support business growth
• Possess a strong commercial mindset and understand the needs of both the business and customers
• Fluency in English; Danish is not required
