Your new office is where financial change is created

You will join our GPO Function within our Finance Transformation Team and collaborate closely with relevant Group Process Owners (GPOs).

Being a highly diverse team, we work from different locations around the globe – from our HQ in Denmark to Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Poland. You will be based at the HQ yourself, surrounded by more than 20 Finance Transformation colleagues.

Contribute to enhanced compliance with an optimised role catalogue 

When DSV started working with SAP, a task-based approach to assigning roles was chosen. However, this means that the same people often end up having a high number of roles simultaneously. To enhance compliance and support new business needs, we are now improving our role catalogue and expanding it to cover new SAP modules, including Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

In this role, you will support the ongoing enhancement of our 300+ template roles and help ensure a smooth and compliant setup across the organisation. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to grow your knowledge of SAP, compliance and new business systems.

Among your responsibilities will be to:

• assess whether the suggested changes for each role are viable in collaboration with our functional GPOs
• collaborate with IT to create the new roles in SAP and work with our local country offices to test the new roles before they are finally implemented
• create roles and new users as they continuously come along (particularly after our integration of DB Schenker)
• prepare compliance audits and perform general housekeeping to ensure compliance
• help strengthen our newer SAP modules, including EPM, through documentation, access reviews and role management support

Exploring compliance, change management and communication

You thrive in an environment where change is a constant given, and you are comfortable speaking up if you see how a process or approach can be tweaked for the better – even if it has been around for a while.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:    

• either have some years of experience from accounting or finance, and general knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and EPM, or are an SAP S/4 Hana and EPM specialist with a broad understanding of finance
• have knowledge of compliance, governance and internal control mechanisms
• are used to working in a complex, international organisation and navigating a setup with stakeholders with various professional backgrounds
• speak and write English fluently
