To assist us in this effort, you will join Security Governance & Risk – a professional and informal team, where collaboration, autonomy, and a flat hierarchy give you room to grow and drive initiatives forward.

The TEAM:

You’ll become part of Security Governance & Risk, within IT Compliance. We work closely with executive management inside and outside Global IT. Together with other IT Compliance teams, we support business objectives by ensuring the right level of security. Staying ahead of threats, security trends, new technologies, and business development is a key part of our role.

We are a multi-disciplinary team where collaboration between experts is essential. Diversity, teamwork, and an informal work environment define how we work. The right candidate will also have experience and interest in written executive communication about information security governance.

Shape policies and strengthen governance

You will be the driving force behind DSV’s global information security policies and ISMS. From writing clear policies and aligning stakeholders, to consulting on IT initiatives and preparing executive-level reporting – your impact will be felt across the organisation.

If you are hired at senior level, you will get the opportunity to define and maintain the set of key controls that track policy implementation at group level.

Your main tasks will include:

• Develop and maintain our global information security policies, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other Global IT teaks to align on security standards
• Consult on digital initiatives and IT projects in Global IT to ensure they comply with policy and security principles
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management.

A security professional with a governance and communication mindset

Working closely with both technical and non-technical colleagues in Global IT, your ability to communicate complex security topics will be key to your success. And with your clear stakeholder focus – even in a large and complex organisation – you understand how to translate security into business terms.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working with governance in the field of information security
• Have broad knowledge of security topics, including emerging technologies such as AI, and are curious about emerging trends
• Enjoy writing clear, executive-level content on security policies and frameworks
• Are familiar with working alongside enterprise architects and regulatory experts
• Are fluent in written and spoken English

Location: HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark or Warsaw, Poland.
