Time Type: Full Time
Location: Denmark, Germany or the Netherlands
You will play a key role in shaping how parcels move across Europe. As Parcel Network Manager, you will design, build, and continuously improve our cross-border parcel network – making it scalable, competitive, and simple for our teams to use.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy, and partner management. You will work closely with country teams, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure our network supports growth and delivers real value to customers.
Your role and impact
You will take ownership of developing and optimizing DSV’s European parcel network. Your work directly enables commercial success and operational excellence across multiple markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop the parcel hub and linehaul network across Europe
- Build and optimize injection points, hubs, and last-mile delivery setups
- Balance speed, cost, and capacity as volumes grow
- Structure carrier agreements and rates that are easy for country teams to use
- Translate network design into clear commercial tools (e.g. rate cards, routing logic)
- Identify cost, capacity, and performance improvements and drive implementation
- Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and commercial teams
- Support building a strong carrier portfolio with the right balance of reach, quality, and cost
This role can be based either in Denmark, Germany, or the Netherlands.
What we are looking for
You bring strong industry understanding and the ability to connect strategy with execution.
You likely have:
- Experience within parcel, e-commerce logistics, or cross-border last-mile
- Strong understanding of network design, operations, and commercial structures
- The ability to turn complex logistics challenges into clear, scalable solutions
- A commercial mindset and understanding of cost-to-serve and pricing logic
- Experience working across countries and in a matrix organization
- A structured and analytical approach combined with a proactive mindset
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
