Job Req Number: 119597
Time Type: Full Time
Are you ready to take on a role where no two recruitments look the same? As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you support hiring across DSV’s
Group functions at HQ in Denmark – partnering with a wide range of stakeholders and working on diverse and often complex roles depending on business needs.
You will combine a hands-on recruitment approach with a strong advisory mindset. From niche specialist roles to leadership positions, you help ensure that DSV attracts and hires the right talent to keep our global business moving.
Your responsibilities and impact
You drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functional areas, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. You act as a trusted partner to the business and create strong, consistent hiring outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across varying roles, functions, and seniority levels, guiding hiring managers throughout the process to ensure the best match aligned with team and future needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding and challenging decisions to secure the best outcomes
- Drive direct sourcing efforts for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Deliver inclusive, engaging, and high-quality recruitment experiences for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring consistent candidate care throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure structured, compliant, and data-driven recruitment processes, including alignment with governance standards and local labour law
- Use data, insights, and market knowledge to create clear business value, inform hiring strategies and contribute to long-term workforce planning
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent DSV at relevant recruiting events
- Participate in and help drive strategic TA initiatives aligned with the Nordics & Baltics roadmap, with a focus on improving quality of hire and efficiency
- Collaborate across countries and functions in an international matrix organisation, while contributing to a strong, collaborative TA CoE environment and a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Your background and skills
You bring solid in-house Talent Acquisition experience and are comfortable navigating and adapting in a dynamic and changing environment within a global organisation.
To succeed and thrive, we expect you to:
- Have extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment, including direct sourcing for specialist and leadership roles, preferably from a larger, international, matrix organisation
- Bring a strong TA advisory mindset and confidently influence stakeholders across all levels, geographies and cultures
- Take a data-informed approach and use insights to improve processes and outcomes
- Focus on creating meaningful and inclusive recruitment experiences
- Have experience with behavioural interviewing and are certified in one or more assessment tools
- Communicate fluently in English and Danish
Experience recruiting within Digital & Tech, as well as knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Saville Assessment is an advantage.
As a person, you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting, trustful relationships in a matrix and virtual team structure. You have a structured and result-oriented approach and efficiently balance competing priorities and turn insight into action. Your curious, inclusive and open mindset contributes to building a culture of positive failure and supports the overall development of TA Nordics & Baltics.
