What You’ll Be Doing

As a Solutions Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the logistics of tomorrow. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize warehouse operations for both new and existing clients. Your work will directly impact how we deliver value, efficiency, and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing detailed warehouse solutions, including layout, technology, equipment, and cost modeling
• Analyzing customer profiles and operational data to create tailored, feasible solutions
• Collaborating with WMS engineers and operational teams to ensure seamless execution
• Evaluating workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement across inbound, outbound, and value-added services
• Supporting repricing efforts and business case development for existing clients
• Presenting your designs and insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Driving innovation in automation, mechanization, and process optimization

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a drive to make a difference.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics solution design is a plus
• Familiarity with WMS systems and data analysis tools

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• Experience with Power BI and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of warehouse storage and process design

Communication & Collaboration:

• Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal
• Able to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions
• Comfortable working across teams and building strong relationships
