You will join our European Road CEO Office along with 2 colleagues who support our European Road CEO. You will support our Senior Vice President, Road Head of the Nordic & Baltic Cluster.  
Even though you and your colleagues support different leaders, some of your tasks are similar, which means that you will have someone at your own level in the organisation to lean on.

Be involved in everything that drives the division forward

Your tasks will be many and varied, as you drive strategic and operational initiatives to support the Senior Vice President, ensuring coordination and follow-up across departments and stakeholders.

You will, among other things:

• Foster collaboration between key stakeholders focused on specific projects and strategic goals
• Be involved in financial reporting, analysing reports, and driving potential improvements in dialogue with regional management
• Prepare business cases to support fact-based decision-making, based on financial metrics, to qualify investment needs
• Coordinate internal marketing efforts across the region, strengthening the division’s brand
• Prepare presentations for town hall meetings and ensure clear communication from management level to operational level

You are driven, eager to learn, and good with numbers

You are eager to execute while being structured enough to think things through before you act. Even though we do not expect you to have formal experience managing projects, you are able to handle various tasks simultaneously without losing track. 
Moreover, you can see yourself creating fruitful collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of our organisation.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are at the start of your career and hold a master’s degree from a business school or a similar institution
• Have an analytical approach to numbers and know your way around Excel
• Can translate strategic decisions into practical information that is easy to understand across all levels of our organisation
• Speak and write English fluently, Danish is not a requirement
