The IT/Digital PMO Team

In the DSV Group Project Management Office (PMO), you will be a part of a group of 160+ highly professional colleagues. Our mission is to provide high-quality services and handle projects for the DSV organisation, supporting business and group functions in executing global strategies.

 

In the amazing HQ facilities in Hedehusene you will work with 60 of your PMO colleagues and have access to a wealth of knowledge and also work closely with our IT/Digital Cluster Lead as well as the team and stakeholders.

 

With this position, you will be joining the exciting and growing IT/Digital Team within DSV Group PMO. In this team, Project Managers and Agile Coaches are all working on Strategic IT- and Digital initiatives across DSV – enabling the company deliver outstanding technology and solutions.

 

” We focus on coaching and training to build on our skills. From the very beginning, we have an onboarding programme and a buddy waiting to introduce you to our framework, organization, and processes,” says Nanna.  

 

We expect you to work 20 hours a week, preferably as two full days in the office. We can accommodate exam periods. However, flexibility is appreciated on both ends.

 

The Student Assistant role

The constantly growing and evolving team requires intense management and administration support. This role will serve as the right hand of the IT/Digital Cluster Lead making sure that the Project Managers and Agile Coaches have what they need to lead initiatives on behalf of our stakeholders.

 

In other words, you will have no shortage of exciting and enriching activities to help you expand your skillset and learn a lot in a short time.

 

What you will be doing

As a student assistant within IT/Digital PMO, your prime responsibilities will involve the following tasks:

  • Administrative support and calendar coordination
  • Support PMO processes and internal workflows
  • Onboarding and light HR related tasks
  • Communication and internal coordination
  • Data handling and structured follow up
  • Ad hoc tasks and practical assistance

To be successful and get the most out of your role as a Student Assistant within IT/Digital PMO, we imagine you exhibit some of the following traits and skills:

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s degree within communication, project management, IT, or similar
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and able to create clarity and overview
  • Comfortable working in PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably SharePoint
  • Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Danish)
  • Proactive, responsible, and comfortable juggling many small tasks at once
  • Are friendly and outgoing, with a can-do and service-minded attitude.
  • Are naturally curious with a strong willingness to learn.
