Join an ambitious team of Sustainability & Compliance professionals

As our Student Assistant you will support Group Sustainability and Compliance by contributing to Group ISO Compliance Program across DSV to ensure ISO compliance for certified branches. This includes providing administration and support for ISO multi-site certification, covering Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety Management (ISO 45001). In addition, you will support the Sustainability Impact Map and ensure internal communication and uploads of relevant documents to the communication portal.

Support Group HSE & ISO Compliance:

• Ensure accuracy of ISO certificate documentation
• Check audit lists
• E-mail support
• Follow up on audit dates
• Manage DSV Central, internal HSE and ISO Compliance communication
• Support the Group ISO Compliance Program across DSV to ensure ISO compliance for certified branches:
• Provide administration and support for ISO multi-site certification, including:
  • Quality Management (ISO 9001)
  • Environmental Management (ISO 14001)
  • Occupational Health & Safety Management (ISO 45001)

Support Group Sustainability and Compliance:

• Contribute to the Sustainability Impact Map
• Assist with DSV central internal communication

We are looking for a candidate with the following competencies:

• You are structured and detailed oriented – responsible and good at meeting deadlines
• You work confidently with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• You communicate fluently in both Danish and English, orally as well as in writing
• You thrive in a dynamic environment with many tasks at hand
• You are motivated, positive, and actively contribute to good collaboration

We expect you to work 15 hours a week, preferably as two full days in the office. We are flexible during the exam period but also expect you to give an extra hand during busy periods.

• You are a team player. Proactive (self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and implementing improvements)
