Working from our HQ in Hedehusene, you can look forward to joining our Group Treasury Front Office team. We manage global cash, risk management, funding, guarantees and treasury operations. Our mission is to reduce financial risks, reduce costs and drive efficiency.

Take ownership of our global guarantee portfolio 

As our trade finance specialist for guarantees (with the title of Treasury Specialist/Senior Treasury Specialist), you will be responsible for managing, optimising and harmonising guarantees across the organisation while ensuring strong governance, efficient processes and alignment with our overall strategic objectives.

More specifically, you will:

• Own and manage the global guarantee portfolio strategy and execution
• Establish, renew and restructure guarantees in collaboration with banks and partners
• Lead the integration of guarantees following the acquisition of DB Schenker

In addition to your immediate team, you can look forward to strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

You master treasury operations and thrive in a collaborative environment 

We are looking for a colleague who has a strong grasp of treasury fundamentals, including, but not limited to, cash flow, liquidity planning, FX hedging, trade finance and risk management.

You have an analytical mindset, good problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with a strong interest in guarantees, and you enjoy taking on responsibility. On a personal level, you enjoy being part of a team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. 

Additionally, you have:

• Proven experience with guarantees, credit facilities and managing bank relationships
• A master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a similar field
• Experience in a treasury, corporate finance or banking function
• Great communication skills – and you speak and write English fluently   
  Finally, it is an advantage to have experience with SAP Treasury and/or SAP S/4HANA, as well as experience from an international organisation.
