Business Development Manager – Guayaquil

Propósito del cargo

Desarrollar y expandir el negocio de DSV mediante la generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales y el crecimiento de cuentas existentes, promoviendo soluciones logísticas integrales en importación y exportación. El cargo tiene como objetivo alcanzar los objetivos de GP, captación de clientes y crecimiento sostenible del portafolio comercial.

Principales responsabilidades

• Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos clientes (Hunting).
• Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes (Farming).
• Comercializar soluciones de Ocean Freight, Air Freight.
• Gestionar el pipeline comercial y asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs y objetivos de rentabilidad.
• Mantener una estrecha coordinación con las áreas operativas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

Formación y experiencia

• Título universitario en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Administración o carreras afines.
• 2+ años de experiencia comercial en Freight Forwarding.
• Experiencia en ventas, desarrollo de negocios y gestión de clientes.
• Inglés intermedio.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Export/Import
• Incoterms.
• Rutas internacionales y comercio exterior.
• Servicios logísticos integrales.
