We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our UK & Ireland Customs function. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and operational processes—and wants to grow within a specialist logistics environment.

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with customs teams to translate operational needs into practical system and reporting solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, workflows, and data quality
• Supporting customs operations across UK (75%) and Ireland (25%), with potential exposure to wider European markets
• Working closely with operations, management, IT, and finance stakeholders

• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and operational processes
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Curious, proactive, and confident challenging existing ways of working
• No requirement for deep customs declaration knowledge—training and exposure provided
Beneficial
• Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations
• Experience in reporting, process improvement, or systems support
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, Python, or system integrations
