Location: Immingham (with travel to customers as required)

Our Road Freight Division is growing, and we’re looking for someone who understands the industry, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to help customers find the right solutions. You can be a proven sales professional already in the industry with the desire to join a leading Global Freight Forwarder or you will have some experience within the industry but looking for a Company who can support you in developing your sales skills and growing your career in business development.

What will you be doing?
 

Growing our Road business by identifying new opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
Working towards agreed growth targets as part of the wider company strategy.
Promoting our services to both new and existing clients, ensuring we offer solutions that add value and deliver profitability.


About You

Proven  commercial sales experience with a focus in international groupage services or UK domestic distribution.
Excellent understanding of the international groupage market or UK domestic distribution

Or you might have worked in roles such as operations, planning, customer service, or account management within road freight—and now want to progress into a more commercial, customer-facing path.

If so we’re looking for someone who has:
Experience in road freight (international groupage or UK domestic distribution).
An understanding of the services and challenges within the industry.
A genuine interest in developing into a business development role.
Confidence working with customers and building relationships.
