Operations Manager -Air & Sea – Belfast

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Belfast team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, safe, and profitable operations while delivering outstanding service to our clients.

What will you be doing?

•    Oversee day-to-day operations to meet productivity, service, and budget targets.
•    Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
•    Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
•    Lead, motivate, and develop your team through effective training and coaching.
•    Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

•    Proven experience in Air & Sea operations (essential).
•    Significant experience in a supervisory role within freight forwarding.
•    Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business-level English.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
•    Full driving licence required.
