Project Manager -Operational Excellence
Purfleet
Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week

We have an opportunity  for a Project Manager- Operational Excellence join our talented Road Freight  team based in Purfleet. The role will entail full operational and business improvement support for our Road operations

What will you be doing?

•    Operational; Monitoring the Branch Quality Performance, working on predefined product lead times and standard processes you will support with investigation, analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement. You will also support with obtaining and maintaining Quality Certifications on a Cluster and European level along with maximizing Quality levels
•    Customer Service and Engagement; Supporting to provide an Exceptional Branch Customer Experience for our customers. 
•    Developing People;  Leading from the front, being visible, collaborating as one team, developing trust, and coaching our people to deliver best in class solutions. 
•    Innovation and  Continuous Improvement; Deploying robust deliverable Continuous Improvement plans and processes using Network tools and procedures. 
•    Reporting; Providing KPI’s and creating Quality reports on weekly and monthly base 

About You

•    A confident individual with the ability to develop team relationships,
•    Possess a keen eye for detail
•    Strong process improvement skills
•    You must be a good communicator and have an ability to influence
•    Road freight experience is also essential.
