Role: Junior Quality Controller
Location: Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:30

We are looking for a Junior Quality Controller to join our Contract Logistics operation. This role supports site-level quality compliance through audits, document control, and continuous improvement activities. Working closely with the Site and Quality Managers, you will help ensure that operational processes meet internal standards and external certification requirements, contributing to a strong quality and safety culture across the site.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Carry out daily quality inspections and internal audits across site operations.

  • Support document control activities, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

  • Review and question processes where product or service quality concerns are identified.

  • Assist with fact-based problem solving and prioritisation of quality issues.

  • Support the Quality Manager with site-wide quality projects and initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing 8D (Eight Disciplines) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) responses for customers.

  • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and governance standards.

  • Take reasonable care for your own Health & Safety and that of others, reporting hazards promptly.

  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required to support site quality objectives.

 

About You

  • Strong understanding of quality and audit processes.

  • Experience with document preparation and control (SOPs and work instructions).

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Internal Audit certification is desirable.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Confident questioning processes and working collaboratively with operational teams.

  • Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise workload effectively.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent).

  • Previous experience working within ISO 9001:2015 environments is an advantage.
