Role: Quality Programme Operator
Location: Baldonnell, Dublin
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am–7pm
We are seeking a Quality Programme Operator to support our customer through the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of parts, tools, and toolkits used in the assembly of high‑precision products. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work within a cleanroom environment while following strict procedural and safety guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring components and toolkits are impeccably cleaned, inspected, and ready for operational use, contributing to seamless customer production and satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
- Inspecting tools and toolkits for cleanliness and completeness inside the cleanroom.
- Performing visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections using precision measuring devices.
- Determining which parts/tools are acceptable for use and identifying rejected components.
- Applying and following ESD processes and procedures appropriately.
- Carrying out stock purges as required and directed by the customer.
- Administering daily and monthly cycle counts and preparing reports relating to accuracy.
- Maintaining analysis databases, documentation, or tracking systems as required.
- Supporting external customers to resolve issues such as incomplete kits, ensuring timely resolution to avoid production delays.
- Completing cleaning and maintenance tasks outlined in the cleanroom maintenance schedule.
- Performing quality inspections and assurance tasks as directed by the customer.
About You
- Ability to follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company compliance requirements.
- Experience with cleaning to prescribed standards using various tools and methods.
- Ability to read simple technical drawings and use technical documentation.
- Preferably experienced in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biological, or sterile clinical environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Control/Assurance, inspection, basic calculations, and electronic/mechanical measurement. SAP experience advantageous.
- Meticulous, quality‑focused, and able to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good level of spoken, written, and reading English; reliable, professional, well‑presented, and punctual.
- Comfortable working in enclosed spaces, with manual handling tasks, and following strict PPE and no‑jewellery/no‑makeup requirements.
