Technology Compliance Manager  

Location: Naas

Hours: Mon -Fri 08.30-16.30 37.5 hours per week, flexibility required

Salary: 50.000- 60.000 per annum

 

We are looking for a confident and forward-thinking Technology Compliance Manager to help shape, maintain, and continuously improve our technology compliance framework. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex requirements into practical, effective, and business-friendly solutions. Working across technology, operations, and business teams, you will play a central role in strengthening governance, improving consistency, and helping the organisation manage technology compliance in a clear, structured, and sustainable way. 

 

What You Will Be Doing 

Framework Development, Maintenance and Improvement 

 

  • Create, maintain, and improve the technology compliance framework to support business and regulatory requirements 
  • Develop clear standards, controls, and guidance that can be applied consistently across relevant operations and functions 
  • Ensure the framework remains current, practical, and aligned with internal expectations, customer commitments, and external requirements 

 

Implementation, Enablement and Adoption 

 

  • Support implementation of the framework across teams, functions, and locations, helping embed requirements into day-to-day operations 
  • Develop and deliver guidance, awareness, and training to improve understanding and consistent application of technology compliance requirements 
  • Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for stronger adoption and work with stakeholders to address them 

 

Assurance, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement 

 

  • Monitor compliance against the framework, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of corrective actions where needed 
  • Use audits, reviews, findings, and stakeholder feedback to strengthen the framework and improve effectiveness over time 
  • Track changes in requirements, risks, and business needs to ensure the framework evolves in a controlled and proportionate way 

 

Governance and Stakeholder Collaboration 

 

  • Work closely with technology, operational, and business stakeholders to align the framework with practical business needs 
  • Support governance activities, risk discussions, and decision-making related to technology compliance priorities 
  • Build strong relationships across the business to drive accountability, consistency, and shared ownership of compliance outcomes 

 

About you

 

  • A strong understanding of compliance, governance, risk, or control frameworks within a technology or regulated environment 
  • Experience designing, maintaining, or improving frameworks, standards, or structured compliance approaches 
  • The ability to translate complex requirements into clear controls, practical guidance, and workable business processes 
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across technology, operations, and business teams 
  • A proactive, structured, and solutions-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement
