Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to Friday, AM Shift, 07:00–15:30 (with one-hour break)

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative, where safety, quality, and performance are at the heart of everything we do. What will you be doing?

• Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety guidelines and best practices.
• Communicate with customers as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business needs.
• Execute warehouse tasks with precision, ensuring inventory and process integrity.
• Maintain performance levels consistent with team standards (units per hour).
• Monitor and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Participate in cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure all orders are received, picked, inspected, and dispatched on time and to quality standards.

About You

• Previous experience working independently within a warehouse environment.
• Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing packing and loading duties.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed daily performance targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and operational procedures.
• Good communication skills, with a solid command of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• (Desirable) Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP) and basic PC skills.
