Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Baldonnel, Dublin
Hours: 4 on 4 off, rotating Days and Nights (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00)

Join our dedicated team in Baldonnel as a Warehouse Operative, where your accuracy, reliability, and commitment to quality will make a real impact. In this role, you’ll handle high-value, sensitive products in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence at every stage.

What will you be doing?

• Pick, pack, and move sensitive equipment with care and precision.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements.
• Report incidents, hazards, or inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Support stock integrity through accurate record-keeping, audits, and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and customer targets.
• Participate in safety and operational improvement initiatives.
• Operate within company SOPs to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Provide additional warehouse support as needed to meet business demands.

About You

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Reliable, organised, and detail-focused with a proactive approach.
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working in a time-sensitive, performance-driven environment.
• Clear communicator who takes ownership and pride in their work.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential — full training provided.
