Role: Warehouse Operator (Weekend) 
Location: Dublin 15 
Hours: Monday, Saturday & Sunday — 07:00 to 20:00 

We are looking for a reliable, safety‑focused Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of cargo across import and export operations. You will work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure goods are received, processed, and dispatched correctly, while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational excellence. 

What will you be doing? 

• Handle import and export cargo efficiently, ensuring timely receipt, processing, and dispatch. 

• Conduct cargo condition checks and complete all related paperwork, reporting discrepancies or damage. 

• Carry out visual inspections of mechanical handling equipment and report any faults. 

• Assess vehicle conditions prior to loading to ensure suitability and safety. 

• Follow and complete all required administrative procedures. 

• Work in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and IMDG/ADR requirements. 

• Maintain a secure, clean, and organised working environment. 

• Use warehouse computer systems to support cargo handling and inventory processes. 

About You 

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or cargo‑handling environments (desired). 

• Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices. 

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy. 

• Comfortable working with warehouse systems and basic IT tools. 

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to reporting issues. 

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
