Role: Warehouse Team Leader (Inbound & Outbound)
Location: Quantum Distribution Park, Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to FridaY - 14:30 to 23:00 (with 1-hour break)

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Quantum Distribution Park. In this role, you will support the Supervisor and lead a group of operators to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent achievement of targets. You’ll play a key part in motivating your team, resolving issues, and maintaining high operational standards across inbound and outbound activities.

What will you be doing?

• Support the Supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations across inbound and outbound functions.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve service levels and customer expectations.

• Maintain excellent real-time communication with customers, colleagues, and team members.

• Address customer needs daily and build strong working relationships.

• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

• Support management with people-related matters, including performance reviews.

• Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed consistently.

• Produce reports as required, providing insights and performance data.

• Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.

About You

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or guiding a warehouse team.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instructions and build trust.

• Confident problem solver able to think quickly and prioritise effectively.

• Able to inspire, motivate, and support team members in a collaborative environment.

• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing business needs.

• Customer-focused with the ability to maintain strong daily customer interactions.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.

• Experience producing reports and analysing data is an advantage.
