 Who do we look for?

We are seeking a highly talented ITX Specialist for our Integration Support team to help give excellent support for our internal and external customers up to highest standards and quality. Our focus is supporting the EDI/API processes, integrations and its platform, across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform 2nd level/3rd Level support on ITX maps.
• Perform map updates and fixes on ITX maps.
• Act as SME on ITX issues, and train rest of the team on ITX based troubleshooting.
• Learn and perform other support activities that involves supporting integrations and underlying platform.
  
  

Requirements

• Have a degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge on ITX mapping, including best practices and performance aspects.
• Have knowledge on middleware like Sterling Integrator and IBM API Connect.
• Knowledge on DevOps or ArgoCD, cloud platforms etc would be a bonus.
• Know your way around programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Groovy)
• Have experience with the Agile methodology and its management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
