Role Summary:

As Business Change Consultant, CIP Support & Data Analytics, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and change adoption across the organization. The role requires a strong operational background combined with the ability to analyze data, support process optimization, and coordinate change activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the rollout of new processes, digital tools, or applications in alignment with global and divisional continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct operational data analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide meaningful insights that inform CIP activity planning and decision-making.
  • Contribute to business case development for new initiatives through data-based evidence.
  • Support continuous improvement feedback loops, enabling proactive adjustments and optimization.
  • Creates clear and comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, training guides, process maps, test scripts, and process visuals.
  • Support knowledge transfer and ensure that operational teams understand new processes and tools.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and delivering sessions to support smooth adoption and long-term capability building.
  • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and functional stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, clarify impacts, and align expectations.
  • Support gap analysis activities by documenting current vs. future state processes across regions and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide ongoing post-rollout monitoring and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Support the organization in achieving greater efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

 

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business change, transformation, or project delivery.
  • Strong operational background (logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or similar environments).
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and/or operational transformation.
  • Experience with data analysis in an operational context, with ability to interpret trends and make recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels and regions.
  • Ability to capture and translate business requirements into actionable system/function specifications.
