As Developer you will support and contribute towards the development of Transport IT solutions, working closely with end-users, business owners, and product teams to understand requirements, resolve system issues, and ensure that applications meet business needs. You will play a crucial role in guiding other developers, supporting existing systems, and delivering new software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with end-users and business owners to collect and understand new system requirements. Translate these needs into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement new software solutions or enhancements to existing systems to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve issues with current systems, ensuring continuous support and system reliability.
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing of new releases and system updates to ensure stability, performance, and quality.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines for system releases, working with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Prepare training manuals and documentation for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the system.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering best practices in system design and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent background in MS SQL Development and proeficient in Microsoft .NET and ASP.Net.
• Excellent knowledge in Web development tools, framework and patterns like jquery, MVC, angular…..
• Knowledge in mobile development (iOS and android) is a plus.
• Knowledge in the development and delivery of business intelligence and data warehouse solutions.
