The Sales Manager you will be responsible for expanding our Contract Logistics business within Kuwait, serving as the primary sales contact for prospects and existing customers, driving revenue growth across multiple service lines including warehousing & distribution, and supply chain technology solutions.
Responsibilities - Grow the company’s Contract Logistics business in line with corporate objectives (revenue, profit, and product diversification targets).
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into customers through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with opportunities across various industries, company sizes, and service categories.
- Close new business independently while collaborating with management and operations teams as needed.
- Conduct regular client visits and present tailored logistics solutions to decision-makers.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets in revenue, profit, and volume.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and prospects within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with customers across industries.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Develop value-driven proposals highlighting the company’s integrated logistics capabilities — warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding, customs clearance, vendor management, origin consolidation,
- Promote the company’s value-added services such as IT-enabled visibility tools, cargo tracking, and PO/vendor management systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Pricing, Customer Service) to ensure solutions are operationally feasible and commercially viable.
- Manage sales activities, pipeline status, and opportunity updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Complete expense reports and adhere to company travel and budget policies.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, client meetings, and presentations.

Requirements - Minimum 7+ years of outside sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a book of business or established shipper relationships.
- Experience selling value-added logistics services: Contract Logistics Solutions, Warehousing, vendor/PO management, and IT-enabled logistics solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
