Customer & Network

• Manage customer communication preferences and contracts.
• Handle inquiries and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate shipment approvals and export documentation.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve service issues.
• Explore business growth opportunities with existing clients.

Vendors

• Plan vessel schedules and manage documentation (OB/Ls, Seaway B/Ls).
• Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and transport vendors.
• Ensure timely customs transmissions and clearances.
• Conduct vendor reviews and reconciliations.

Systems & Documentation

• Create bookings and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Prepare and verify documentation per customer and compliance standards.
• Post vendor invoices, manage job file closures, and resolve disputes.
• Ensure data quality and meet global operational KPIs.

Coordination

• Lead operations and documentation teams.
• Track shipments and coordinate with branches and shipping lines.
• Provide instructions for cargo handling and maintain cost/revenue records.
• Communicate effectively, resolve issues, and perform assigned duties.
