- Explore business opportunities with existing clients.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational processes.
- Manage shipment status updates and resolve service issues.
- Oversee payment collection and document release protocols.
Systems & Documentation
- Communicate clearly for critical shipments.
- Send pre-alerts, invoices, and documentation promptly.
- Maintain accurate and complete shipment files.
- Achieve operational KPIs and data quality standards.
- Post vendor invoices and close job files on time.
- Resolve invoice disputes and support documentation needs.
Carrier Relationship
- Negotiate rates and secure space during peak seasons.
- Monitor third-party service provider performance.
- Ensure transparency in carrier selection.
Team Management
- Lead by example using business systems.
- Set clear goals and make timely decisions.
- Conduct daily workflow meetings and maintain team contact.
People Management
- Train staff for professional customer handling.
- Delegate tasks fairly and hold weekly review meetings.
- Support staff development and performance delivery.
