We are looking for a hands-on and proactive team member to support our Road Logistics team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and continuously improving transport processes.


Your role will be to support smooth and efficient supply chain operations through hands-on shipment management and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure reliable day-to-day operations while delivering a high level of customer service through proactive and responsive communication.

You’ll be expected to manage and monitor shipments within our transport management system (TMS), ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with established SOPs and QHSE standards. In addition, you will handle deviations, delays, and customer enquiries in a proactive manner, ensuring quick resolution and transparency throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will also include managing complaints and supporting invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimize capacity, and improve cost efficiency.

We are looking for someone who takes a hands-on approach, works in a structured and reliable manner, and is committed to delivering high-quality service while driving operational excellence.

We expect you to:

  • Have at least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding
  • Have a strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality
  • Be customer-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Be a team player with strong communication skills
  • Have a very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
