We are looking for a hands-on and proactive team member to support our Road Operations team in planning and coordinating transport activities, ensuring efficiency and strong operational performance
Your role will be to ensure efficient planning and coordination of collection and distribution activities, contributing to the smooth execution of daily transport operations. You will monitor transport processes closely and proactively address operational issues to maintain high service quality and reliability.
You’ll be expected to plan and control daily collections and deliveries, making effective use of EDI data to optimize routing and capacity. Close coordination with drivers, customers, and OCL teams will be key to ensuring seamless operations and timely service delivery.
In addition, you will monitor shipments in real time and manage deviations proactively, ensuring transparency and quick resolution of any issues. You will also ensure on-time CoDi performance while maintaining full compliance with SOPs and QHSE standards.
At the same time, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, optimize costs, and improve overall service quality.
We expect you:
- Have at least two years of experience in road logistics or freight forwarding
- Have a strong operational mindset with a focus on execution and quality
- Be customer-oriented, solution-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
- Be a team player with strong communication skills
- Have a very good command of English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
