Senior IT Specialist, Solutions IT

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist to support and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) within a global logistics environment. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of WMS applications, particularly Blue Yonder/JDA solutions, while collaborating with global IT and business teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for WMS applications, primarily Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher
• Manage and coordinate WMS infrastructure components (Oracle DB, Citrix, network, hardware)
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through ticketing systems
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, logistics teams, and external vendors
• Support implementation and optimization of warehouse systems
• Act as a technical consultant for WMS-related processes and solutions
• Ensure system performance, stability, and high-quality operations
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Strong expertise in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS (Dispatcher)
• Hands-on experience with WMS configuration and infrastructure support
• Knowledge of MOCA, DDA, and JDA Integrator
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with ticketing/support systems
• Fluent English (mandatory)

Minimal Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher
• Proven experience in the following areas:
  • WMS infrastructure support
  • WMS configuration
  • MOCA / DDA development
  • JDA Integrator
• Experience working with SQL and Oracle databases
