Specific Tasks and Responsibilities: 

Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals 
Create shipments in system and ensure efficient handling of shipments
Update shipping information and upload shipping documents
To ensure smooth preparation of shipping documents like House Bill, Master Bill, and Arrival Notice
Communicate with internal / external partners, brokers, and stakeholders
To ensure proper closing of jobs within deadline
To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
To do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives. These are assigned by direct supervisor
