Ensuring proper execution of claims handling process within a given area (such as road claims, air and sea, solutions and equipment claims). | |
Key Tasks & Deliverables: | |
Timely and proper processing or preparation of claims, according to valid procedures and instructions, including: - checking and uploading available documentation related to claims.
- taking initial decisions to approve or reject claims (where possible). Taking financial decisions connected with settlements in a limited scope.
- obtaining all required documentation from customers, subcontractors, and local offices
- providing customers with information according to the process needs
- updating and archiving data in the claims system, as well as creating reports according to supervisor’s requests.
Acquire knowledge, through: - self-development, getting acquainted with the training materials, procedures as well as other documents required to handle claims.
- participation in trainings within the Claims Handler Academy.
In the scope of 0-5% of work time fulfil additional tasks in the field of: - supporting supervisor in team management and/or process management
- proposing process improvements.
- take part in operational calls.
- Perform internal audit and ensure internal documents are updated.
- Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law, and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
- Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
- Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Education and Skills | |
- College of any four-year course. Preferable specialization: Insurances
- Basic knowledge in MS Office / MS Teams
- Basic knowledge in web-based applications / Internet
- Freight forwarding / Logistics experience.
- Quick comprehension and focus at work
- Team player and good interpersonal skill
