Position target:

Delivering of CO2 reports to DSV customers to support them in their decarbonization strategies. Supporting Customer Carbon Reporting team in the daily duties. Position located under Customer Carbon Reporting Lead.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Be regional support for internal and external customers within the Customer carbon reporting solutions to APAC region.
• Prepare CO2 emission reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for customers using special tools.
• Ownership/ support to the planning tool.
• Communicate with Internal and external customers, regarding reports and transport data.
• Perform presentations, trainings, meetings with internal as well as external customers to increase knowledge and awareness within the CO2 sector and team’s projects.
• Analyse on CO2 emissions across different transport modes and different customers.
• Perform control on data quality before reporting and control of the report before providing to the customer.
• Independence in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
• Support in implementation of the reporting tools including testing and cooperation with the CIA team.
• Collect and process data for further use in calculations and reports.
• Owning various Group Sustainability Insights projects.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of DSV.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.

Education and skills:

Minimal requirements

• English knowledge (C1)
• Higher education
• MS Office Excel intermediate
• Knowledge of Sustainability sector.
• General understanding of IT structures
• Ability to break down complex matters into easily understandable information in presentations, trainings, meetings.
• Taking responsibility and accountability for own and team’s tasks and goals.

• Experience of working in an international environment.
• Experience of working with CO2 reporting.
