Core Competencies:•Responsible for reconciling vendor statements. This ensures that all vendors outstanding are matched with the books.•Process Refund Payments related to Shipping Line Detention & Security Deposit and maintain GL Accounts.•Follow up with vendors to arrange Sales tax annexures for Input Sales Tax.•Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly Withholding Tax Report as per FBR guidelines.•Verifying that all invoices are accurately booked and have the necessary approvals before processing the payments.•Follow-up with operations team to clear pending invoices in their workflow, particularly before month closing.•Maintaining accurate records of all Accounts payable transactions and E-doc along with approvals & related documents.Requirements:•Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role.•Must be graduated in Accounting, Finance or a related field.•Strong knowledge of Tax laws and regulations.•Excellent Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication Skills•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.•Proficient in MS Excel.
