Core Competencies•Keep clearance documents set ready in docket and submit to Manifest team.•Review SOP and prepare the requirements as per SOP.•Ensure customs duty is paid by client or through DSV finance if terms DDP (check credit).•Secure all documents for securing delivery order and assign staff to collect delivery order.•Connect with finance for payments as relevant for securing delivery order.•Raise billing instructions and ensure Invoice done.•Courier the Tax Invoice & prepare documents dispatch set to consignee after POD.•Scanning of post clearance documents in E- Doc.•Cost and revenue positing in CW1.•Check invoice and release transporter payments as per process.•Follow up the accounts for approval and releasing of documents to customer.•Courier all the documents along with debit note to customer and maintain the POD in file.•Keep customers posted with the shipment update.Requirements:•Candidate must be Good at written and verbal communication.•Must be graduated with around 2 years of experience in similar role.•Preferably proficient in CW1 & SAP Ariba.
