Core Competencies:Direct and manage all Sea Freight (Export) activities to achieve business budgets and operational excellence.Serve as the primary contact for customer correspondence, ensuring smooth end-to-end procedures.Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures and uphold high documentation accuracy.Respond to customer inquiries, manage shipment approvals, and provide timely updates, including CRO delivery.Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and use data analysis to monitor performance.Set clear team objectives, conduct regular meetings, and promote effective communication.Utilize warehouse knowledge to enhance operational proficiency.Manage financial processes, including payment follow-ups, invoicing, and monthly/quarterly business review reports.Requirements:MBA specialized in Supply Chain or Marketing, with 6+ years of experience in similar role.Excellent Analytical, interpersonal and Communication Skills.Ability to lead effectively under pressure while maintaining team morale.
